Recognizing the integral connection between mind and body, Elizabeth has focused her post-graduate training on anxiety and trauma, becoming master certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) as well as BCIA board certified in both neurofeedback and biofeedback.
As the wife of an army veteran, Elizabeth knows first-hand the effects of trauma on individuals, marriages and families. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist and utilizes a relational approach in all of her therapy.
